We are a small family business and we provide a personalised experience related to a particular pregnancy and newborn timeframe of 2 weeks for each customer, which involves a strict commitment of time from both us and you. As such, we have a limited number of portrait sessions and purchasing appointments available each month which means that cancellations can have a significant impact on our business. Our business relies on a system of scheduling busy families for both sessions and purchasing appointments, so please be assured that we are committed to being as accommodating as possible, however it is essential for us to have strict policies about mandatory booking fees / cancellations / refunds / timeframes.

PROMOTIONAL LOW COST PACKAGES UNDER $400:
Our promotional packages are designed for a purpose of a model call and could be offered depending on availability.
Under our promotional program all you need to pay is minimum fee for the photographers time and professional photography equipment during your first session from the package.
Full amount of non refundable booking fee will cover minimum photographer’s time with professional photography equipment during the first session from any promotional package. All other price components from the package are void as a part of the promotional program. If you are in breach of any part of our terms and conditions you will then become liable for paying full price for the service provided to you.
In the event that the customer has used service or part of the service from one of the promotional packages and no longer wishes to continue or requested and received the refund of non refundable booking fee from their financial institution , the customer then becomes liable for full price payment of the service used as per price components listed below as it can not be returned as per Australian Consumer Law (‘the ACL’).

2. 30 minutes Maternity Photo Shoot Indoor with 30 minutes Free Newborn Photo shoot. 2 Adults and 1 Baby under 14 days old.
The condition of the invitation to this promotional package is that customer will bring the baby under 14 days ONLY and will let us know that the baby is born and accept appointment within 48 hours from birth. The reason for this condition is that baby under 14 days old is easier to photograph so this promotional low cost package price with free newborn photo shoot can ONLY include baby under 14 days old. The appointment MUST be accepted and scheduled within 48 hours from birth. In the event of lockdown we will provide full service for older baby at the same price within 14 days from lockdown end date ONLY. The appointment MUST be accepted and scheduled within 48 hours from lockdown end date.
